Our team loves nothing more than meeting our customers face-to-face.  as we make our 7-day delivery runs we are greeted with smiles, kind words, and — more often than not — a quick photo! Antonia says on delivery: ' Do you know what? - This is good old-fashioned service, you don't get much of that these days in this modern world. I found the website, I discovered my mattresses, and I called before ordering as I wanted a Thursday delivery. I actually spoke to Steve, who booked my delivery slot, and yes, they were delivered as promised. It was so old-fashioned, I said to my husband,' I hope it's not a scam,' as you just don't get this personal service anymore - but clearly you do with Stephen and his team- it's superb!'

Sandra - Dunoon, Scotland

A 100% Organic 1500 pocket spring quilted mattress for the lovely Sandra in Dunoon. If you have never been, it's a must; what a beautiful place. A ferry is required to get there, but the scenery is mind-blowing! 

Of course, Sandra was delighted on delivery, and both Sandra and Dawson, the dog, couldn't wait to try it out!
