Our Delivery Procedure

We have developed a simple and highly efficient production and delivery system designed to get your new mattress or bed from our factory to your home as smoothly as possible, while helping us keep our prices as low as possible.

UK Production & Delivery

Production for the week's UK orders commences every Monday, with completed orders generally collected from our factory on Thursday.

During particularly busy periods, we operate an additional UK production run. This commences on Thursday, with completed orders normally collected the following Tuesday.

Once your order has been collected from our factory, our UK delivery team will contact you directly to arrange and confirm your delivery window.

If you're not quite ready to receive your order, that's absolutely fine. Simply advise the delivery team and they will hold your order and work with you to arrange delivery for a more convenient time.

European Production & Delivery

European orders placed through Cousins Beds normally commence production on a Tuesday. Once completed, they are transferred to the appropriate delivery operation for your country.

Our European delivery network operates as follows:

  • France, Switzerland & Italy – delivered by our own delivery operation.

  • Spain – delivered either by ourselves or one of our trusted delivery partners, depending on the delivery route.

  • Portugal – delivered through our trusted delivery partner.

As many of our European deliveries are organised into dedicated delivery runs, our team will contact you as your order progresses through the delivery process.

Our system has been developed over many years and works extremely efficiently, so there is normally no need to contact us directly asking for delivery dates.

Once your order has been collected and is with the delivery team, they will contact you directly to arrange your delivery. The average delivery only takes 7 -14 days. 

Operating in this way significantly reduces unnecessary administration and is another way we are able to keep our prices as low as possible and offer genuine direct-from-factory value.

Of course, should you genuinely need assistance at any stage, we are always here to help.

Choose Your Delivery Service

We offer three levels of delivery service, allowing you to choose the option that best suits you:

1. Hall / Door Delivery
Your new mattress or bed is delivered to your hall or door.

2. Room of Choice Delivery
Our delivery team will take your new mattress or bed to the room of your choice.

3. Room of Choice + Removal of Your Old Mattress
We will deliver your new mattress or bed to your chosen room and remove your old mattress for responsible disposal or recycling.
