• Delivery to Room of Choice: £39.99
• Room of Choice + Old Mattress Collection (Recycling): £59.99
VAT
The VAT is already included in the product price.
Processing time:
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or promotional periods. However, we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible
Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 7 to 10 business days after order processing. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather-related delays or issues with the shipping provider

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track the status of your order on our website or on the shipping provider's website using the tracking number
Lost or damaged items:
Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send us a photo as proof. We will do our best to resolve the issue immediately. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will get in touch with the shipping provider to locate your package or send you a replacement.
Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel the order as long as the products have not yet been shipped
Once the goods are in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can return your product. Please refer to our return and refund policy.
Address change:
If you accidentally entered the wrong address or wish to change the delivery address, you have 12 hours to do so. Please contact us as soon as possible in this case
